I have learned that a very strong business survive the crisis is business property developer. Why? because the price of land and buildings Will Never Fall! This is evident from a woman who became my inspiration that has undergone more than 10 kinds of business and the only one who survived the property.

Since I work in an office property that is quite famous in Serpong, my desire is building up. Many things I can learn from this company. Unstoppable menandai kerjasama untuk ke-4 kalinya antara sutradara Tony Scott dan aktor kulit hitam peraih Oscar, Denzel Washington. Buat gw sendiri, film ini ibarat penebusan “dosa” sang sutradara saat setahun kemarin juga membuat sebuah film bertema kereta api, “The Taking of Pelham 123” yang bisa dibilang cukup gagal dari segi kualitas maupun perolehan box-office-nya. Belajar dari kesalahannya kemarin, “Unstoppable” berhasil tampil menegangkan, seru, dan bisa dibilang memuaskan para penggemar kereta api pada khususnya. Dari segi cast pun terhitung tepat dan efektif. Denzel Washington diduetkan dengan aktor muda yang tengah bersinar berkat film Star Trek tahun lalu, Chris Pine. Di tengah serangan sihir Harry Potter, film ini bisa dijadikan alternatif pilihan khususnya untuk penonton dewasa.

Aku iri dengan teman-teman yang masih bisa menikmati waktu dengan begitu bebas nya... bisa pergi kemana pun yang mereka mau.. dan kapan pun.. kini aku tak bisa lagi merasakan itu setiap hari... huhuhu...aku jadi kangen dengan masa-masa kuliah.. masa-masa yang penuh dengan perjuangan yang mengasyikan sekaligus menjengkelkan..

well... saat ini gw juga jomblo...as ussual biasa nelpon pacar kalo malem..sekarang ga ada yang bisa gw telp...alhasil kesepian deh... jadi iri kalo liat status temen2 fb gw yang pada romantis2an atau sekedar luapin perasaannya....zzzzzz

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 1

Kekuatan Voldemort semakin kuat. Ia menguasai seluruh Kementerian Sihir dan Hogwarts. Harry, Ron, dan Hermione memutuskan untuk menyelesaikan perjuangan Dumbledore dan menemukan horcruxes untuk mengalahkan Pangeran Kegelapan. Namun, sedikit harapan untuk mereka melakukan itu, sehingga segalanya harus berjalan seperti yang telah direncanakan.

Membagi seri terakhir Harry Potter ini menjadi 2 part tampaknya memang menjadi pilihan yang tepat. Selain mendatangkan keuntungan 2 kali lipat bagi produser, para penonton setia Mr. Potter pasti akan lebih terpuaskan. Sutradara 2 seri Harry Potter sebelumnya, David Yates kembali ditunjuk untuk menyutradarai seri terakhir ini dan hasilnya? Yah yah yah , Gini deh , sejelek atau sebagus apapun film Harry Potter, gw tetap mengagumi franchise satu ini sebagai fenomena tersendiri dalam dunia film. Opening scene film ini lumayan menyentuh buat gw, malah mungkin adalah best moment di film ini. Adegan Hermione menghilangkan ingatan orang-tuanya dan menghapus foto-foto dirinya was very touchin’!! Ditambah dengan ilustrasi musik hasil kerja keras komposer musik favorit gw, Alexandre Desplat , rasa sedih Hermione menjadi begitu terasa. Selanjutnya adegan kedatangan Snape ke kediaman Lucius Malfoy juga salah satu favorit gw, Snape keren banget waktu muncul.

Dari segi cerita, memang part. 1 ini tampak lebih mengarah ke drama, karena mungkin the epic finale’nya akan ada di part.2 nanti. Sutradara David Yates berusaha menghapus “kesalahannya” saat membuat seri “The Half-Blood Prince” dengan tidak memotong bagian-bagian yang penting dari bukunya. Well, menurut gw sendiri, kelemahan Yates adalah dia kurang mampu membuat koreografi pertarungan sihir yang seru sehingga adegan pertarungan sihir pun berjalan so-so. Namun, yang patut diacungi jempol adalah cara Yates dalam mengambarkan kisah “The Tales of Beedle the Bard” ke dalam format animasi which is so cool.

Dari segi cast, bukan rahasia lagi kalau franchise Harry Potter adalah ajang bersatunya para aktor-aktris asal Inggris. Trio Daniel Radcliffe-Emma Watson-Rupert Grint tampil sempurna, khususnya Watson dari segi perkembangan emosi. Of course, karena mereka bertiga telah memainkan peran yang sama dari semenjak mereka masih kanak-kanak. Helena Bonham Carter masih tetap menyeramkan sebagai Bellatrix LeStrange (I love her!!). Dan aktor kharismatik, Ralph Fiennes melengkapi daftar peran antagonisnya di tahun ini sebagai Lord Voldemort (Fiennes sebelumnya menjadi Dewa Hades di “Clash of The Titans”)

Well, ending part. 1 ini akhirnya diakhiri dengan adegan yang cukup bijaksana dan pastinya membuat penasaran untuk menunggu part. 2’nya yang rilis Juli 2011 nanti. Tidak seperti seri “The Half-Blood Prince” yang membuat gw kecewa, “The Deathly Hallows part. 1” tampil cukup menjanjikan sebagai pembuka dari “The Epic Finale” .

i need 32 hours a day !!

aduhhhhhhhh sekarang gw baru rasain yang nama nya kerja full time office hours! hal ini membuat membuat gw merasa sehari 24 jam itu kurang banget!!! well aktivitas gw yang sekarang ini ya kerja dari jam 8 sampe jam 4... gw ngerasa baru kerja 8 jam.. apa lagi yang 12 jam yah..hehe ga kebayang deh.. ini aja gw ngerasa hari-hari gw jadi lebih singkat...gw ngerasa baru juga tidur..tiba2 udah pagi aja n kerja lagi...tiba2 udah jam makan siang aja...next pulang... pas malem kegiatan gw ya nulis blog kadang2... browsing2 belajar banyak hal..chatting... huah tiba2 mata udah berat aja mo tidur....yahh kaya gtu deh hari-hari yang sekarang gw jalanin ini.... so short...

sekarang ini sih gw masih enjoy aja....yah mungkin bulan depan gw bisa mulai belajar ambil kursus...spti toefl preparation....dll...coz gw ga mau mandek dengan kemampuan gw yang sekarang ini.

huaaaahhh hari ini gw seneng banget....saking senengnya rasa nya gw pengen teriak n lompat2 hehehe...

setelah merasakan perjalanan mencari, melamar,tes n interview di beberapa tempat (dari yang paling jauh di tanjung priok sampe yang paling deket di serpong) akhirnya hari ini gw baru dikabarin kalo gw besok udah mulai kerja...!!

Ga tanggung2 deh...bahkan gw d terima di 2 tempat sekaligus! hehe bukan gw sombong..gw cuma mo sharing aja buat kalian yang lagi ngelamar kerja...supaya kalian ga putus asa untuk terus berusaha n berdoa.

Gw bener2 udah ngerasain dari yang mudah nya mendapatkan kerjaan. cuma sekali interview n ga ada tes..besoknya dah d terima tapi akhirnya ga gw ambil coz msh bentrok sama sidang skripsi. sampe yang tahap nya ribet banget. ya di kantor yang gw pilih ini d cengkareng. Bayangin aja hari pertama psikotes n tes akuntansi..yang lolos cuma 2 orang ..yang satu cewe lulusan trisakti..n yang satu nya ya gw..n tahap selanjutnya tes math n logic yang susahnya amit2 jabang baby deh..bkin otak gw rasanya mengkerut hehe lebaaay...setelah tes ini itu akhirnya interview sama acc n finance manager..nah pas interview gw sempet stuck gara-gara dy nanya kelemahan gw..padahal gw dah sebutin apa yg gw inget..eh dy malah tanya terus apa lagi? ya gw bukannya langsung jawab tp gw malah bengong hehehe (how stupid i am). well after that.. gw d suruh tunggu kabar 1 minggu nanti dibilang mau interview sama manager cabang..theeeeeeennn setelah 1 minggu berharap-harap cemas....akhirnya ga ada telpon dari tuh kantor..bete n kecewa dong....gw rada sedih...n jd kurang pede kalo ngelamar...huff ga enak banget rasanya ditolak tanpa pemberitahuan..padahal hrd nya dah bilang..kalian akan dikabari baik diterima atau ditolak..well akhirnya gw kirim email tuk tanyain bagaimana dengan kelanjutan interview...after tuh email dah terkirim..gw buka jobs db..gtau nya tuh kantor masang iklan lagiiiiiiiiii untuk lowongan yang sama............hufff gw beteeee n kecewa berat.....coz gw merasa d selingkuhin!! hehe lebay lgi deh gw.. ywda dari sana gw coba lamar2 lagi ke perusahaan lain.. pas besoknya gw dpt email balesan dari hrd itu...dy bilang masih dalam tahap pertimbangan..well gw ga ngerti apa itu penolakan halus atw emang beneran..next berjalanlah waktu n gw pun sibuk kirim2 lamaran n interview d kfc n telkomsel d roxy.. interview d roxy asli deh gw bete banget ..padahal janjinya jam 11 n gw dah dateng jam 10.30 tapi akhirnya interview jam 1..n interview nya pun singkat banget n gada tes..huff wasting my time! then interview d roxy..pertama psikotes ..kalo gw bilang sih termasuk mudah soal2nya d banding psikotes yang d cengkareng..cuma tes analogis ..math..n silogis..then langsung interview sama accounting manager nya ...but gw kaget banget abis interview dia tes akun gw!! waduh gila bener2 kya sidang skripsi...soalnya bener2 masih ada d dalam kepala dy!! gila aneh banget kan...sehabis dy sebutin soalnya...langsung deh gw jawab..yah walopun ada salah2 dikit n keliatan begonya..tpi untung aja tuh manager nya koperatif bangetttt! abis itu nego gaji deh..hmmm lumayan lah.. akhirnya gw pulang buat tgu kabar diterima atw ga...then ternyata prosesnya express banget ..besoknya (hari ini) gw dikabarin kalo gw d terima n besok udah mulai kerja!! wahhh gila gw ga nyangka pdahal kalo gw liat kmrn ada saingan2 yang more experienced lah...bener2 deh gw seneng banget bisa ngalahin mereka hehehe...*jingkrak2..n gw suka banget dengan caranya yang secepat kilat dalam menyeleksi karyawan...dalam 1 hari semua beres! efesien abis! yah walaupun akhirnya gw konfirmasi ke mereka kalo gw ga bisa kerja di sana karena sudah dapat d tempat lain...

Well...in conclusion bener2 deh ga ada yang sia2 klo kita bener2 mempersiapkan..coz gw udah belajar dari pengalaman gw waktu tes d tanjung priok yang hasilnya mungkin ancur lebur gara2 gw dengan bodoh nya gw ga belajar lagi akuntansi..gw malah cuma sibuk pelajarin profil perusahaan yang akhirnya ga d tanya sama sekali! belajar untuk menjadi lebih baik dari pengalaman yang sudah kita lewati merupakan kunci sukses keberhasilan!

N.B jangan pernah berhenti n pelit tuk berdoa! it works! (gw aja sampe nazar...mulai dari supaya skripsi gw dapet A sampe supaya gw dapet kerja d perusahaan yang gw mau...n akhirnya doa gw d jabah!! Percaya deh Tuhan itu baikk bangetttt!!!)

It's stifling to live in a country that has courts which can not give full justice. In this country many people have become mob justice. The right side can be defeated with ease by which one party simply because they have the power (money). No wonder the "Hundreds of savage accounts owned by elements of Mahkamah Agung" (KPK). It is a moral proof that there are rogue elements that judges are no longer able to carry out his oath of office. And the rogue elements of judge who immoral will mislead the people of Indonesia (is certainly based on the assumption that people will "accept" the verdict). This situation would not be allowed to drag on. The weak people would be harmed in this situation.

I write this because i'm not bravy yet to express what I want to write about what I experienced yesterday. I realized that I do not have the power and strength. So, I do not want to be a twisted side. I would rather be silent as my mother suggested for my future. I just can be speechless.

I still hope that this country can become a better country in the judiciary. So that there is no weak people who are oppressed.

thursday watched Percy Jackson and the olympians: The lightning Thief.
Here's my comment...
I'm tired of these kinds of movies ... full of imagination, the power up magic. Starting from the phenomenal Harry Potter continued with various types of film with the same type. After I watched this movie, I did not find anything that I could as a means of learning materials. The film is just entertaining.

Friday... watched My name is Khan
firstly, I'd like to write my opinion
I am so interested to this movie that tries to pick the story of a Muslim who fought for states that Moslem is not terrorist, yeah because in today's international world after a lot of events on behalf of the Islamic religion is always just on the label as dangerous alias terorist. The film titled my name is khan which starred by Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Jimmy Shergill denied all accusations as to the religion Islam and explain to the whole world that the violence arising from these terrorists is not part of Islam.



In addition, why i like this movie very much? b'coz this movie tells us how hard the struggle is carried out by an autism for the people he loves. With his limitations, he hopes to reach even sometimes looks impossible. Do not care if there are floods and storms ahead, and even death. No matter you are brother or sister or not... No matter you are son or stepchild and even no body... No matter you are moslem or christian or hindu... it's all about someone that you love.



Beginning of this movie tells about the life of Rizwan Khan, who played by Shahrukh Khan as someone who suffers Asperger's Syndrome. One day Khan met a beautiful woman (Khajol) who works at a beauty salon. That's where the struggle and the story begins. Khan really fell in love with her. Khan also tried endlessly to show that he really loved her. In fact, Khan did not object to the status of the woman who had been widowed with one son named Sammer.

A tragedy occurred in the middle of a football field when four teenagers beating up a man Sammer and ended with his death. This tragedy really made his mother feel very deep shock. Because Sammer is a very loved child. Especially when no one becomes a witness in the killing, so the case should be closed within six months if there are no witnesses.



Khajol was she who deserves blame for the death of her son. And vent all the anger to Khan. Therefore, she did not want to see before Khan told everyone and even president of USA that Khan is not a terrorist.

I feel sorry for my ex-lover who dizzy with her appearance. Understandably, she wanted a date with her new boyfriend at saturday night. She felt inferior when the street with her boyfriend that he's just looked so different with her. Until tired I accompanied her to pick some clothes in distro clothing.

Luckily I did not like her a dizzying performance. I just like being cool looking. Because I like the simplicity and show what it is. but wait... I had to send several letters job application while awaiting the trial. hmm.. I trully have a plan to take foreign language course other than English course. It does not mean I'm proficient in English, but I just wanted to give value to resume my life ... hehehe

This time I was in the center of foodcourt in Summarecon Mal Serpong with my last ex. We're waiting for the movie playing Pearcy Jackson. I really want to watch this movie with my girlfriend, but I know my girlfriend would be asleep while watching the movie. She's not a great partner to share things like this.

well, despite being somewhat late to watch this movie, I do not care...i just wanna get entertained.

yeah....after I've finish my own paper for final subject...now i'm back to write!

Recently...

I had put a proposal on a property company in Serpong. Who knows what I have in mind, I can only feel a fairly strong belief that I would be accepted to work there as finance staff. less than a week I put the proposal, I got a call for interview, this is my second experience for the interview. I ask a man who interviewing me, "when I will be confirmed whether accepted or not?" then he answered that he can not give certainty about the date of confirmation. I said Okay

Trully i've got little bit shock after knowing about the applicable business day in the company proved overdays, so I did not expect to be accepted by company.

Interval of 3 days after the interview, I called back, I do not know what the reason they called me back. I think it will be negotiated about salary and working days, but no, all laws are can not changes and employees must comply. I was shocked when that day I immediately asked to work. but, I said that I have about one or two days. Because I have to work out a deal with the campus. However, the interviewer seemed to mind if I wait until two days. I am only given one day's time just to work out a deal with the campus. Then I said okay I will try.

after 2 days into my last interview to the campus to register a trial thesis. hmmm it really complicated application and makes me annoyed for 3 days. yes for 3 days I commute to campus just to hand over the files needed to create a certificate and registration session .... oh gosh it's so fuckin bitch birocracy!

after a grueling 3-day, so is the opportunity to work in the company's property overlooked. I thought maybe this is not my destiny. There is guilt, because until today I had not confirmation that I resign from the opportunities given them.

but .........

now I'm really glad yahh although not trial yet ... but I'm glad to finally thesis which always just my delay finally finished!!

Yas Marina Circuit @ Abu Dhabi part 2

F1 circuit in Abu Dhabi to be powered by solar energy.

The Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi will be much more than a simple racetrack, as it will be powered by solar energy which will be generated by panels supplied by Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd, the world’s largest crystalline silicon photovoltaic module manufacturer.

The company has announced that it has been selected by Aldar Properties to supply 1,120 solar panels for a 292KW solar system for The Shams Tower, an iconic building on the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

The 2,500-square-meter building integrated solar array will sit on the 60-meter high Shams Tower, which will provide energy and shade for the car park underneath and produce over 450MWh of clean electricity, which will prevent 400 tons of greenhouse gases from entering the atmosphere annually.

This weekend, Formula 1 (F1) into the final series, which took place at the Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi. My Struggle
